食品塑料包装材料中邻苯二甲酸酯含量的测定 被引量:6

摘要 采集53例市售常见的食品塑料包装材料,经正己烷提取和固相萃取柱(SPE)净化,通过气相色谱-质谱法测定样品中的邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的含量。结果显示,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己烷)酯(DEHP)是我国食品包装材料中常用的PAEs类塑化剂,检出率分别为43.4%和20.8%;其他PAEs的检出率相对较低。样品中PAEs总浓度的中值为4.5 mg/kg,其中,密封类材料中PAEs的含量最高,中值浓度为15.7 mg/kg。所有材料中PAEs的含量均低于各国的限量标准,表明我国食品包装塑料中PAEs的含量是安全的。 Fifty-three food plastic packaging material samples were collected, ancl mey were extracma with n-hexane and separated via solid phase extraction. Phthalic acid esters (PAEs) were analyzed by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry. The results show that, di-( 2-ethylhexyl ) phthalate (DEHP) and dibutyl phthalate (DBP) were the major PAEs in plastic material for food packaging from China, with the relevance ratios of 43.4% and 20. 8% , respectively, while the relevance ratio of other PAEs were very small. The median concentrations of total PAEs were 4.5 mg/kg. The highest concentrations were detected in sealing material with 15.7 mg/kg of median concentrations. The total concentrations of PAEs in all materials were lower than standard limit from different countries, indicating that the concentrations of PAEs were safety in food plastic packaging material samples from China.
