钛酸钡/氮化硼/聚酰亚胺三元复合薄膜的制备及其性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用超声剥离得到少层氮化硼,并以钛酸钡(BaTiO_3)和少层氮化硼为填料,按照一定的比例添加到聚酰胺酸(PAA)中,采用流延法经热亚酰胺后制备出高储能密度的钛酸钡/氮化硼/聚酰亚胺(BaTiO_3/BNNS/PI)三元复合薄膜。对复合薄膜的显微结构及性能进行了分析。结果表明,无机填料在复合薄膜中具有较好的分散性,并且在BNNS的添加量为12%,BaTiO_3的填充量为15%时,纳米薄膜的储能密度比纯PI提高了近4倍,同时复合薄膜的力学性能也得到了改善。 The boron nitride nanosheets (BNNS) were prepared by ultrasonically exfoliation of the bulk hexagonal boron nitride. The barium titanate (BaTiO3 ) and BNNS were chosen as fillers and thet were added into polyamic acid (PAA). The barium titanate/boron nitride/polyimide (BaTiO3/BNNS/PI) ternary composite films were formed by tape-casting and thermal imidization. The microstructure and properties of the composite films were analyzed. The results show that the two inorganic fillers were well dispersed in the PI matrix. With 12% BNNS fixed and when the filling content of BaTiO3 is 15% , the energy storage density of composite film is about 3 times higher than that of pure PI. And the mechanical properties are also improved.
