祛瘀散治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的初步药效学研究

The Pharmacological Study of Quyu Powder in Treating Retinal Vein Occlusion

目的:研究祛瘀散治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的药理学基础。方法:采用小鼠耳肿胀、小鼠腹腔通透性实验、小鼠棉球肉芽肿实验及小鼠出凝血实验,探讨祛瘀散对小鼠血液凝固性的影响。结果:祛瘀散可以抑制小鼠耳肿胀、减轻腹腔毛细血管通透性和棉球肉芽肿重量,延长小鼠出凝血时间。结论:祛瘀散具有一定抗炎和改善血液凝固性的作用,这可能是其治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的药理学基础。

Objective：To study the pharmacological basis of treating retinal vein occlusion with Quyu Pow- der. Methods： The effects of dispelling stasis and anti -inflammation were studied with mouseg ear - swelling test, mouse peritoneal permeability test, mouse granuloma caused by cotton ball test, and mouse coagulation test. Results ： Quyu Powder could retrain ear tumefaction of mice, reduce peritoneal capillary permeability and the weight of granuloma caused by cotton ball. At the same time, the bleeding time and clotting time were pro- longed by Quyu powder. Conclusion： Quyu Powder may have certain effect of anti - inflammation and anti - eoagulati, which could be the pharmacological basis of treating retinal vein occlusion.
