补肾祛风更年合剂质量控制标准研究

Quality Standard for Bushen Qufeng Mixture

目的:建立补肾祛风更年合剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对山茱萸进行定性鉴别。采用高效液相色谱法测定淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷的含量。结果:山茱萸薄层鉴别色谱斑点清晰,且阴性对照无干扰。含量测定中淫羊藿苷在0.2028~1.8252 mg·mL^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率102.2%,RSD1.80%。结论:本法简便、可靠、专属性强,可以作为补肾祛风更年合剂的质量控制标准。

Objective：To establish a quality standard for Bushen Qufeng Mixture. Methods： TLC was used to identify Comi Fructus, and HPLC was adopted to determine Icariin in Epimedii Folium. Results： TLC spot- ting was clear, and the negative control had no a interference. The Icariin had a good linear relation between 0. 2028- 1. 8252 mg · mL-1（r = 0. 9999） in the content determination, and the average recovery was 102.2% （RSD 1.80% ）. Conclusion： The method is simple, reliable, with strong exclusive feature, which can be used as the quality control for Bushen Qufeng Mixture.
