浅谈应用《冉雪峰医案》治疗类风湿关节炎体会

Experience in Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis by Using RAN Xue-feng's Medical Record

介绍《冉雪峰医案》^([1])治疗类风湿关节炎体会。冉雪峰在治疗类风湿关节炎时,始终不离本病"本虚标实、虚实夹杂"的病机特点,认为痹证的病机为"肝肾不足,风燥相侵"。本病病程较长,病情迁延难愈,后期病人舌红无苔,便若羊屎,与一般风、寒、湿痹迥异。冉雪峰从"补益肝肾,祛风润燥"治疗本病,在缓解临床症状及控制疾病发展方面有显著疗效。

Introduced the experience of treating Rheumatoid arthritis by using Ran Xue - feng＇ s Medical Record. When treating Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ran Xue -feng focused on it pathomechanism of ＂interior defi- ciency and exterior excess ; deficiency - excess complex＂, and considered the pathogenesis as ＂Deficiency of liver and kidney, wind and dryness invasion＂ . The course of the disease was long and the prolonged illness caused the patient＇ s tongue became red without coating at the later stage. The patient＇ s excrement was just like sheep＇ s shit, which is totally different from the general obstructive disease caused by wind, cold and wet. Ran Xue -feng treated it based on the principle of ＂supplementing and boosting the liver and kidney, dispelling wind and moistening dryness＂, which had a significant effect in relieving the clinical symptoms and controlling the development of disease.
