摘要 应用语音盒二次开发包(SDK)编程控制和服务器多用户分发控制技术,基于C/S运行模式构建具有自动提示、对照呼叫和规范存档查询功能的"三个叫应"客户端和具备智能统计、综合查询功能的省地服务器端,同时,对叫应对象和预警灾害进行属性和层级的标准细分,采取自动化辅助到整体自动化的过渡模式,设计建立气象"三个叫应"自动化系统。系统通过集约化平台的接入和累积建立的气象"三个叫应"数据服务应用,为气象"三个叫应"工作的规范化和政府化发展奠定坚实基础。 Voice box (SDK) control technology of multi user programmable control and server, and C/S oper- ation model were used for construction of the automation system with automatic control tips, call and specification archive query function " three calls" client and having intelligent statistics, comprehensive query function as the server, at the same time, based on the standard, it should be called subdivision of the object and the early warning of disaster attribute and the level of automation, take the auxiliary to the whole automation transition mode, estab- lish "three calls" Meteorological automation system. The system, through the integration of the access and accumu- lation of the platform of the meteorological " three calls" data service application, tor the meteorological " thre~ calls" work standardization and the government development, lays a solid foundation.
