应用语音盒二次开发包(SDK)编程控制和服务器多用户分发控制技术,基于C/S运行模式构建具有自动提示、对照呼叫和规范存档查询功能的"三个叫应"客户端和具备智能统计、综合查询功能的省地服务器端,同时,对叫应对象和预警灾害进行属性和层级的标准细分,采取自动化辅助到整体自动化的过渡模式,设计建立气象"三个叫应"自动化系统。系统通过集约化平台的接入和累积建立的气象"三个叫应"数据服务应用,为气象"三个叫应"工作的规范化和政府化发展奠定坚实基础。

The system, through the integration of the access and accumu- lation of the platform of the meteorological ＂ three calls＂ data service application, tor the meteorological ＂ thre~ calls＂ work standardization and the government development, lays a solid foundation.
