摘要
传统的房产管理系统单纯通过文字信息将房屋的地理位置和周边环境展示给公众,而文字的直观性和通用性较差,不能通过文字描述直接获得位置信息,利用率较低。将房产信息管理系统构建于天地图之上,可充分利用天地图的基础地图数据,向用户展现图文并茂的地图服务。本文基于天地图API并结合Html/Css/JavaScript进行网页设计,通过ArcGIS API for Javascript调用ArcGIS Server发布的地图服务,最终实现了房产信息管理系统的开发,实现了楼盘、新房、二手房和房屋租赁的信息化和网络化,不仅为公众实时了解房源信息提供了可视化的工具,也为相关部门对房产地理信息的管理和维护提供了方便。
