摘要 大蚝养殖长期沿用手工操作、靠天吃饭的方式,效率低下。而智能化海水养殖系统的成本较高,难以普及。针对此难题,提出基于LabVIEW和SIM800L的解决思路。以STC15F2K60S2为底层主控芯片,通过DS18B20和超声波模块实时采集海水的温度和深度,然后通过nRF24L01以无线方式进行数据传输,上位机通过LabVIEW构建数据接收、显示和处理的平台。同时,系统还能够通过SIM800L将超出阈值的报警信息发送到用户手机,方便用户便捷而低成本地掌握养殖场的情况。实践表明,该系统具有成本低廉、稳定可靠、响应速度较快等优点。 The long-used traditional oyster breeding ways are inefficient as they are manual-operated and weather-depend- ent. The intelligent marine aquaculture system, on the other hand, is costly and hard to popularize. Therefore, a solution based on LabVIEW and SIM800L is put forward. This system uses STC15F2K60S2 as the main control chip, collecting real-time water temperature and depth data with the DS18B20 and ultrasonic module. Then data will be transmitted wirelessly by nRF24LO1 to a computer where data will be received, displayed and processed by LabVIEW. Besides, with the SIM800L of this system, alarm information beyond the threshold value can be sent to user's mobile phone, keeping users updated with the oyster farming data conveniently at a low cost. Practice shows that the system has the advantages of being low- cost, stable and reliable, fast re- sponse and so on.
