不同频率电针刺激缓解大鼠痛情绪的行为观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察不同频率电针刺激对大鼠痛情绪的作用。方法:本研究以不同频率电针刺激对痛情绪的作用为研究对象。给大鼠左侧后脚掌注射完全弗氏佐剂(CFA),诱导其产生炎性痛并与环境相匹配,建立条件性位置回避(conditioned place avoidance,CPA)模型,给予大鼠环跳穴(GB30)电针刺激(电流3 mA,波宽0.1 ms,刺激频率2、10、100 Hz),通过条件位置回避装置观察在电针刺激前后痛情绪行为变化。结果:2、10、100 Hz电针刺激均明显反转了大鼠的C-CPA反应,但各刺激频率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:不同频率的电针刺激均可缓解痛情绪,且无频率依赖性。 Objctive: To observe the relieve effect of different frequencies electroacupuncture stimulation to pain emotion in rats.Method: In this study, we exploreded the effects of electroacupuncture ( EA ) at various frequencies on the pain emotion.Complete Freund's adjuvant ( CFA ) was subcutaneously injected into the left hind- paw to induce the inflammatory pain and match the environment to establish conditioned place avoidance ( C-CPA ) behavioral model, then Huantiao acupoints ( GB30 ) in rats were treated by EA ( current intensity 3 mA, width 0.1 ms, stimulus frequency 2, 10, 100 Hz ), C-CPA behavioral responses were observed.Result: EA at 2, 10, 100 Hz stimulus frequency were all reversed the C-CPA behavioral responses, but there were no significant differences among them ( P〉0.05 ) .Conclusion : EA at various stimulation frequencies all can eviate the pain emotion of rats, and there is no frequency dependence.
