摘要
采用共沉淀法制备了CaAl水滑石(CaAl-LDH),并运用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和热重/差示扫描量热分析(TG-DSC)技术对CaAl-LDH的形貌及热稳定性进行了表征。采用CaAl-LDH对含膦农药废水进行除膦吸附试验,探讨了搅拌时间、pH值、CaAl-LDH的加入量对吸附性能的影响。结果表明:当CaAl-LDH的加入量为80 g/L,搅拌时间为3 h,pH值为6~8时,CaAl-LDH对膦的吸附性最强,废水中膦质量分数仅为0.1×10^(-6)。
CaAl hydrotalcite (CaAl-LDH) was prepared by coprecipitation method. The morphology and thermal stability of CaAl-LDH was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermogravimetry/differential scanning calorimetry (TG - DSC ). The test of phosphine adsorption removal by CaAl-LDH from phosphine pesticide wastewater was carried out. The results showed that when the addition amount of CaAl-LDH was 80 g/L, the stirring time was 3 h, and the pH value was from 6 to 8, CaAl-LDH had the strongest adsorption to phosphine, and the mass fraction of phosphine in wastewater was only 0.1× 10^-6.
