摘要
港珠澳大桥位于通航环境极为复杂的珠江口水域,海中桥墩多,为超长桥梁,发生船撞桥事故的风险高.为了大桥建成后和营运期的安全,本文结合港珠澳大桥的结构和环境特点,系统融合技术方法和管理措施,从桥区水域通航管理、导助航及警示、预警技术、拦截船舶技术以及应急反应等五个方面重点探讨桥梁防船撞关键技术,建立了一套桥梁防船撞体系.
The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is located in the Pearl River Estuary where the navigation environment is extremely complex. Because of the large number of bridge piers and the overlength, the accident of ship-bridge collision is one of the most serious risks after the construction of the bridge and during the operation period. The key technologies to protect bridge from ship collision are discussed in this paper and analyzed from five aspects, which are navigation management, navigation aids, warning methods, interception of ship and emergency response. A set of effective bridge anti ship collision systems are also established.
