摘要
采集了20名青年男性受试者在不同转弯步态下进行90°转弯以及直走时支撑相下肢髋关节、膝关节和踝关节的三维运动学数据.研究发现:旋转式转弯步态与直走步态相比髋关节的外展、内旋、外旋峰值角度增大,内收峰值角度减小;膝关节的屈曲峰值角度减小,外展峰值角度增加;踝关节的外展、内收、外旋、内旋峰值角度都增大,屈曲峰值角度减小.跨步式转弯步态与直走步态相比较,髋关节内收峰值角度增大,外展角度减小;膝关节屈曲峰值角度减小,内收峰值角度增加;踝关节的屈曲角度增加.表明跨步式转弯对下肢髋关节、膝关节、踝关节的三维运动学特征的影响小于旋转式,跨步式转弯步态比旋转式转弯步态更简单和稳定.
This research is aimed at exploring the effects of two different turning gaits on the kinematical characteristics of lower limb during 90° turning, for which 20 male subjects participate in this research, and three-dimensional lower limb kinematic data are collected when subjects performing 90° turning with two different turning gaits (STEP, SPIN) and straight walking. Comparing with straight walking, SPIN performs the lager abduction, internal rotation and extortion peak angle, with smaller adduction peak angle in hip, smaller flexion peak angle and lager abduction peak angle in knee, adduction, abduction, internal rotation, extortion peak angle, smaller flexion peak angle in ankle. In contrast, STEP performs the larger abduction peak angle with smaller adduction peak angle in hip, smaller flexion peak angle and lager adduction peak angle in knee, smaller flexion peak angle in ankle. Based on all the data collected, it suggests that STEP has smaller influence on lower limb kinematical characteristics, and compared with SPIN, STEP is much simpler and more stable.
