技能操作类教学视频的学习机制研究

Learning Mechanism of Video-based Skill Operation Teaching

文章分析了近几年有关教学视频的文献与应用案例并结合本人教学实践,提出了基于技能操作类教学视频的模仿学习原理,指出模仿学习包括认知阶段与超越阶段,并进一步阐述了每个阶段的构成要素。基于视频的模仿学习是一个逐层深入与各要素互相关联的过程,现象的模仿与思维的深度加工缺一不可,技能类教学视频资源建设应该围绕这一过程的核心理念展开,体现互动、体系与变式的特点。

The author surveyed recent years＇ literature and application cases of video-based instructions to present the imitation learning principles of video-aided skill operation teaching that includes constitutive elements in the cognitive stage and the stage beyond. The video-based imitation learning is a progressive and interactive process of major elements in the in-depth integration of phenomena imitating and thinking. This study, thus, suggests that the resource construction of skill operation teaching videos can be enhanced in the perspective of core concepts, interaction, convergence and diversity.
