秸秆综合利用模式探索

Exploration of straw comprehensive utilization

秸秆是成熟农作物茎叶(穗)部分的总称,是一种具有多用途的可再生生物资源,也是仅仅次于石油、煤炭、天然气的绿色环保能源。世界范围内,在不同的历史阶段、不同的国家和地区,形成了各种各样的农作物秸秆综合利用技术。目前,我国秸秆资源利用仍存在结构不合理、法规体系不健全、经济政策不健全、储运体系不完整、综合利用技术不成熟、农民禁烧意识淡薄等问题。本文结合国内外秸秆综合利用情况及笔者在行业内的一些经验,以循环经济为目标,探索秸秆的综合利用路线,希望能为国内秸秆综合利用提供一个思路。

Straw is the name of mature crop stems and leaves （ear） part, a multipurpose renewable biological resources, and green environmental protection energy only inferior to oil, coal, natural gas. In the world, variety crop straw comprehensive utilization technology formed in different historical stages, different countries and regions. At present, irrational structure, imperfect laws and regulations, imperfect economic policy, incomplete storage and transportation system, immature comprehensive utilization technology, and farmers weak consciousness of prohibition burning are exist the during the straw resources utilization in China. This paper combines with the domestic and foreign straw comprehensive utilization and the author＇s experience in the industry, taking circular economy as the goal, to explore the straw comprehensive utilization.
