摘要 目前,国内从海底采集的天然气水合物在转移到实验室前不得不进行卸压处理,这样必然会破坏天然气水合物的结构。天然气水合物保压转移系统能够实现带压转移水合物,在转移的过程中始终维持水合物的原位压力。本文简要介绍了该系统的转移装置和压力维持系统,并定量分析了保压转移装置在抓取、切割、转移样品的过程中可能存在的压力冲击及脉动。结果表明在转移样品时,球阀的开闭对样品压力的影响超过允许压力波动的范围,反过来说明了压力维持系统的必要性。 At present, the natural gas hydrate collected from the bottom of the sea must be processed by the method of unloading pressure before it is transferred to the laboratory, which will destroy the structure of gas hydrate. The pressure core transfer system of natural gas hydrate can transfer the hydrate with pressure, and maintain the in-situ pressure of hydrate in the process of transfer. In this paper, the transfer device and pressure-retaining system are introduced briefly, and the probable pressure fluctuation in the process of grasping, cutting and transferring hydrate sample is analyzed quantitatively. The results show that pressure fluctuation caused by opening and closing the ball valve exceeds the range of allowable pressure, which in turn shows the necessity of the pressure-retaining system.
