摘要
霉菌毒素是霉菌在适宜温度和湿度条件下产生的有毒次级代谢产物。母猪采食被霉菌污染的饲料及原料中，可造成母猪生产性能下降，甚至导致仔猪死亡。目前去除霉菌毒素方法有三种：物理吸附、化学抑制和生物降解，而生物降解是目前最为高效、安全和环保的方式。
Mycotoxin is a kind of secondary metabolite that produced by mold in appropriate temperature and humidity conditions. It can cause the reduce of production performance of sow and the death of piglet if the contains of mycotoxin is overproof. There are 3 methods to reduce the mycotoxin in feed that are physical absorption, chemical inhibition and biological degradation. The biological degradation is the most efficient, safe and environmentally friendly way.
