摘要
乳酸菌是动物肠道内的正常菌群，作为最重要和安全性最高的益生菌已被广泛关注。肠道不仅是重要的消化吸收器官，还是阻止外界环境有害物质入侵的重要屏障。本文综述了乳酸菌对动物肠道屏障的影响。
Lactic acid bacteria （LAB） is the normal flora in the intestinal tract of animal, as the most important and safety source of probiotics, it has been widely concerned. Intestinal tract is not only an important digestive and absorptive organ, but also an important barrier to prevent the invasion of harmful substances. This article reviewed the regulation of LAB on intestinal barrier function of animal.
