摘要
本文结合福州地铁2号线水部站二期便道交通疏解工程的实践,通过配合比优化试验,探讨了稳泡剂、纤维及早强剂对气泡混合轻质土吸水率、料浆沉降、干燥收缩及抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明羟乙基纤维素掺量为0.30kg/m3、纤维掺量0.9 kg/m3及早强剂掺量4.1kg/m3时,气泡混合轻质土具有良好的综合性能,解决了气泡混合轻质土在抗裂、早强等方面的技术难题。
Combined with practice of the pavement defibering project on the second phase of water station for the Fuzhou Metro Line 2, through optimizing the mix proportion, this article discussed the effects of stabilizing agent, fibred and high early - strength agent on the water absorption rate, slurry settlement, drying shrinkage and compressive strength of the foamed cement banking. It shows that foamed cement banking has better over - all properties when the content of hydroxyethyl cellulose is 0.30kg/m^3 , fiber content is 0.90kg/m^3 and early - strength agent content is 4.1 kg/m^3. It solves the technical problems of crack resistance, early strength and so on.
