摘要
本文介绍了国有建筑企业人力资源培训的必要性及重要性,针对当前国有建筑企业人力资源培训过程中存在的主要问题进行了总结,并以F公司为案例,对其人力资源体系进行了优化设计。
In this paper, the necessity and importance of human resource training for state - owned construction enterprises were intro- duced, and the main problems existing in the process of human resource training in state - owned construction enterprises was summarized. Finally taking F Company as an example, the human resource system is optimized.
