摘要
近年来,国防交通物资储备管理过程中的各种问题和矛盾日益凸显,难以适应当前形势发展的需要。通过对主要矛盾和问题的分析,提出了科学合理的对策建议,为国防交通物资储备管理工作的科学化、规范化、制度化建设和领导机关决策提供参考依据。
In recent years, various problems and contradictions frequently occur in the management of stored traffic supplies for national defense. It is quite obvious that the management present can hardly meet the requirements of the present rapidly-develo- ping situation. Upon the basis of analyzing the chief contradictions and problems, some scientific and rational counter-measures and suggestions are put forward in the paper, which may provide referential grounds for the construction of scientizing,normali- zing and systemizing the management work of the stored supplies for the traffic of national defense, and the decision-making of the leading bodies.
