摘要
针对铁路路基保温中保温板耐久性欠佳问题,可将泡沫混凝土代替保温板应用于铁路路基中,耐久性及强度会得到有效改善,因此对泡沫混凝土的相关性能开展实验研究。实验方案中泡沫混凝土选用P.O 52.5和P.O 42.5水泥,分别掺加了0%、15%、25%、35%、45%和55%粉煤灰,测试试样的物理性能、强度性能以及冻融循环特性,得到相应的变化规律,为按不同功能要求选择混凝土配合比提供依据。
Aiming at solving the problem of the insulation boards in the subgrade of railways being insufficiently good in durabil- ity, foam concrete can be used in the railway subgrade instead of the insulation boards, in which case both the durability and strength can be improved effectively. Therefore, the relevant performance of foam concrete is experimentally studied in the pa- per. In the experimental scheme,the cement of P. O 52.5 and the cement of P. O 42.5 are mixed respectively with 0%, 15%, 25 %, 35 %, 45 % and 55% of fly ash. Then, the physical properties, the strength performance and the characteristics of the freezing-thaw cycle of the test specimens are obtained, with the relevant change laws made clear. The result of our research may serve as the grounds for selecting the right mix ratio for concrete according to the different functional requirements for it.
