摘要
永宁黄河公路大桥设有2个斜拉索主墩,每个主墩有52根桩基,桩基长,河水深,采用SR460旋挖钻钻孔施工,这对钻孔平台承载力提出了很高的要求。介绍了钻孔平台结构设计。施工实践证明,该钻孔平台在饱和液化沙土等不良地质情况下,完全能满足稳定性、承载力施工需求,可在类似工程施工中推广应用。
The Yellow River Highway Bridge at Yongning has two chief piers with stayed cables. Each of the chief piers has 52 foundation piles,which are built with the SR460-type swivel-digging machine used to bore holes because the foundation piles are long and the river is deep, in which case the requirement for the bearing capability of the boring platform becomes higher. The structural design of the boring platform is introduced in the paper. Construction practice shows that the boring platform can fully meet the requirements in stability and bearing capability even in the poor geological conditions such as saturated liquefied sandy soil, because of which it may be popularized and applied to other similar projects.
