江苏省高职教育专业结构与区域产业结构适应性研究——基于产业结构与就业结构的视角

Adaptability of Jiangsu Higher Vocational Education Specialty Structure and Regional Industrial Structure:Based on the Perspective of Industrial Structure and Employment Structure

通过对江苏省高职教育专业结构与产业结构的比较分析、产业结构与就业结构的偏离度分析,讨论了三者之间的联系程度及适应程度,认为其专业结构基本符合未来产业结构调整优化的趋势,只是在各产业内部的具体行业人才供给方面与现实需求还存在一定程度差距,建议通过建立专业预警机制,进一步提高高职教育专业结构与产业结构的协调性。

Through comparative analysis on Jiangsu higher vocational education speciahy structure and industrial structure, the deviation of industrial structure and employment structure, this paper discusses the degree of connection between the specialty structure of higher vocational colleges and the local industrial structure and employment structure. Specialty structure is basically in line with the future trend of industrial restructttrmg and optknization. There is still a certain gap between the specific talent supply hatra hadustry and the actual demand. It is suggested to knprove the coordination between higher vocational education specialty structure and hadustrial structure through the establishment of specialty forewarning mechanism.
