摘要
现代学徒制是深化产教融合、校企合作的最高形式,是学校与企业"双主体"育人的现代教育制度。为保障现代学徒制人才培养的质量,在分析影响现代学徒制教学质量相关因素的基础上,从现代学徒制人才培养微观层面的教学管理入手,探析现代学徒制教学质量监控的策略及运行机制。
The modem apprenticeship is the highest form of deepening the kaegration of production and education, school enterprise cooperation, and is the modem education system of "double subject" education in schools and enterprises. In order to guarantee the quality of modem apprenticeship tranfing, based on the analysis of the factors affecting the teaching quality of modem apprenticeship, from the management of modem apprenticeship system on the micro level, the paper studies the quality supervision and operation mechanism of modem apprenticeship.
