加强高校关工委在学生工作方面作用的研究

关工委是做好高校学生工作的有效资源和传统依靠力量。新时期调动高校关工委在学生工作方面的积极性,要从发挥政治特长、传递丰富经验、参与社团建设、加强法律道德教育以及做好心理辅导工作等方面出发,最终目标是建立高校关工委工作的长效机制,进一步发挥老同志的余热和价值。

College and university CYCC （ China Youth Concern Committee） is the valuable resource and reliable power for doing students＇ work. In the new era, it is important to arouse CYCC enthusiasm to manage students＇ work. This paper highlights free aspects, klcluding playing political strengths, conveying rich experience, participating in society building, enhancing moral education and taking psychological counseling, so as to establish a long-term mechanism to give play to retirees.
