供给侧结构性改革背景下出口贸易转型挑战及应对策略——以惠州市出口贸易为例

后金融危机时代的惠州出口贸易进入中高速发展时期,面对全球经济日渐下行的压力、传统要素成本优势丧失、人口红利逐渐减少、全球贸易摩擦日益严峻的困境及挑战,惠州出口增速近年持续放缓,出现结构性不平衡。供给侧结构性改革是推动惠州市出口贸易转型升级的重要途径。按照"既要提供新供给,又要调整供给结构"的思路,以实现"去库存、去产能、去成本、去杠杆、补短板"的五大任务,坚定不移执行"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的发展理念,从技术创新、人才引进到鼓励推行"互联网+",利用"一带一路"的战略优势实现出口贸易企业转型升级。

Huizhou export trade marked the period of rapid development after the financial crisis.Facing the pressure of the down-turn global economy, the cost advantage of traditional elements was lost, the demographic advantage decreased, global trade frictions became more and more severe.Huizhou export growth continued to slow in recent years and structural imbalance appeared.Supply-side structural reform is an important and effective way to promote the transformation and upgrading of Huizhou export trade.In accordance with the five tasks＂Cutting overcapacity, destocking, deleveraging, reducing costs and identifying growth areas＂and the five development concepts of in- novation, harmonization, green, openness and sharing, Huizhou government unswervingly implements measures to promote the transforma- tion and upgrading of export trade companies by means of technological innovation and introduction of high-ranked human resources, fur- thermore, to achieve the goal, the application of internet plus technology and The Belt and Road Initiative are of a necessity.
