基于总装立体库区车身驻留问题优化研究

摘要 本文主要针对总装立体库区PBS输送线扫码器有时读取不到涂装下线的车身信息,部分车身驻留在立体库区进行优化分析。用Emoss软件手动调用立体库的车身数据信息,发现车身数据重复,对PLC程序进行了优化;针对KN号读取问题,调整了人工操作引起的位置偏差,调整了PEPPERL+FUCHS扫码器的扫描范围,增加报警蜂鸣器和报警信息;加装了LEUZE扫描系统,增加了LEUZE程序功能块,并加装了高清摄像头,解决了立体库车身驻留问题。 The text makes optimal analysis, mainly aiming at the code scanner of PBS conveyor line in assembly three-dimensional library region sometimes can' t read the car body information after coating off the line and part of the car bodies stay in three-dimensional library. It manually calls car body data in three-dimensional library by Emoss software to find the repeated data of car body and perfects the PLC procedure. Aiming at the problem of KN number scanning, it adjusts positional deviation caused by manual operation and scanned area of PEPPERL+FUCHS code scanner to add alarm buzzers and alarms information. LEUZE scanning system and its program function block are added and Hd camera is added to solve the body retention problem of three-dimensional library.
