摘要
本文以S7-1200系列PLC控制系统为核心设计了一种粉末粘结式彩色3D打印机,采用类石膏粉为打印基材,借助粘接剂和彩色染剂,通过逐层铺粉、叠加打印的方式完成产品的制造,其打印产品的最大尺寸为180×160×150mm,最高打印精度为0.1mm。
This paper designs a kind of colorful 3D printer that can product workpiece by binding gypsum powder with the help of agglomerants and dyes. As the core of this machine, the PLC system can control all of the printing procedures such as spreading and binding powder layer by layer. The maximum size of production which is made by this 3D printer is 180×160×150mm and the highest accuracy of printing is 0.1mm.
