摘要 为满足客户在电力方面的业务办理需求,提高业务办理效率,设计和研究了24小时电力远程虚拟柜台业务处理系统。24小时电力远程虚拟柜台业务处理系统融合网络技术、安全技术、身份识别技术、多点触控技术、视频等先进技术,利用这些先进技术,实现24小时电力业务远程处理,提高业务办理效率。本文对这些技术进行详细介绍,同时对系统功能需求进行分析。 To meet the customer requirements of the business processing in terms of electric power, the 24 hours electric power remote virtual counter business processing system is designed and researched. Those advanced technologies, such as the network technology, security technology, identity recognition technology, multi-touch technology, video technology and self-service technology are fused in the 24 hours electric power remote virtual counter business processing system. The 24 hours electric power business remote processing is realized by using the advanced technologies and the efficiency is improved. In this article, those advanced technologies are introduced in detail and the system functional requirements are analyzed at the same time.
