Study on the Development Path of Rural Property Rights Exchange in Anhui Province

建立安徽省农村产权交易所有助于促进安徽省农村产权的有序流转,同时对于实现安徽省农民转型具有一定的实践意义。近几年农村产权交易所的广泛建立,使得我国农村产权的交易日趋频繁。作为中部地区发展的重要省份,积极培育和发展安徽省农村产权交易所有利于更好服务三农,提高农村产权的配置效率,发展农村经济。农村产权交易所同时也被称为农村产权交易平台、农村要素交易市场等。本文通过分析安徽省农村产权交易所在发展中面临的问题,提出促进安徽省农村产权交易所发展对策建议。

The establishment of rural property rights exchange in Anhui province helps to promote the rational flow of rural property fights in the Province, and has a certain practical significance for the transformation of migrant workers. In recent years, with the establishment of exchange, the rural property rights trading is becoming increasingly frequent. As an important part in the central region, Anhui province should actively cultivate and de- velop rural property rights exchange to serve the agriculture and improve the allocation efficiency of rural prop- erty rights. The rural property rights exchange is also known as the rural property rights trading platform, the market of rural elements, etc. Through analysis of the problems in the development of rural factor exchange in Anhui Province, this paper puts forward several corresponding suggestions to promote the healthy development of rural property rights exchange in the province.
