An Introduction to the Jingxing Dialect Dictionary

本文分五节介绍河北省井陉方言。第一节简略介绍井陉方言的历史文化背景和研究概况,第二节根据实地调查材料说明井陉县境內的方言差别,第三节描写井陉方言的声韵调系统及两字组连读、语法功能词的读音、儿化韵的构成,第四节提供井陉方言单字音表,第五节以北京话为主要参照对象,介绍井陉方言的语音、词汇、语法特点。

This paper introduces Jingxing dialect in Hebei province in 5 sections. The first section gives a sketch of historical and cultural issues concerning the dialect and a summary of the related researches. Based on field investigations, the second section presents differences among vernaculars in Jingxing county. The third section describes the phonological system, disyllabic tone sandhi, pronunciations of function words and retroflex finals of Jingxing dialect. The forth section provides the pronunciation table of characters. And the last section exhibits features of phonology, vocabulary and grammar of Jingxing dialect with a major reference to the Beijing dialect.
