摘要
以镁合金汽车转向管柱支架为研究对象,设计了三种浇注系统。使用Flow-3D软件模拟分析了这三种方案,扇形浇注系统效果最优。通过正交试验优化得出,在浇注温度680℃,模具温度220℃,压射速度4.5 m/s参数下,镁合金转向管柱支架压铸件质量最佳。使用优化后的工艺参数进行实际生产,证明转向管柱支架压铸件性能符合要求。
Taking magnesium alloy automobile steering column bracket as research object, three kinds of gating systems were designed. The schemes were simulated and analyzed by using Flow-3D software, and the fan-shaped gating system was the best. The orthogonal experiment results show that when the pouring temperature is 680℃, the mold temperature is 220 ℃, and the injection speed is 4.5 m/s, the quality of magnesium alloy steering column bracket is the best. Using the optimized process parameters for the actual production, the performance of the steering column bracket meets the requirements.
