CNTs/ZL114A复合材料通孔铸件的熔化及浇注工艺研究

摘要 对CNTs/ZL114A复合材料通孔铸件的熔化、浇注工艺进行了试验研究,得到了无铸造缺陷的CNTs/ZL114A通孔铸件。结果表明:在800℃进行熔化时,CNTs/ZL114A复合材料有较好的流动性,除渣方便;集过滤、动态真空除气与浇注为一体的浇注方法使熔体得到了很好的净化;缝隙式浇冒系统的铸型设计合理,适合CNTs/ZL114A复合材料成型。 The melting, casting process of the CNTs/ZL114A composite material through hole casting were studied, and the through hole casting without casting defects was obtained. The results show that when melted at 800℃, the CNTs/ZL114A composite material has good fluidity, and the slag removing is convenient. The composite material melt is purified by the casting method of the combination of filtration, dynamic vacuum degassing and casting. The mold design with slot gating and feeder system is reasonable, which is suitable for the molding of CNTs/ZL114A composite material.
