摘要
采用自动脉冲TIG焊对06Cr19Ni10管状试件进行了焊接,通过拉伸试验、弯曲试验和显微组织分析对焊接接头的组织与性能进行了研究。结果表明:接头具有良好的拉伸性能和弯曲性能,平均抗拉强度为612 MPa,远高于母材580 MPa,平均伸长率为46.85%,达到母材伸长率的93.7%;焊缝上部微观组织主要以网状δ铁素体为主,焊缝中部以树枝状δ铁素体为主,焊缝下部和熔合区以蠕虫状和树枝状δ铁素体为主。热影响区的晶粒未见明显长大,组织未明显变化。
The welding test of 06Cr!9Nil0 tubular specimen was carried out by using automatic pluse TIG welding, and the microstructure and properties of welded joints were studied through the tensile test, bending test and mierostructure analysis. The results show that the welded joint has good tensile and bending properties. The average tensile strength is 612 MPa, which is much higher than that of the base metal 580 MPa. The average elongation is 46.85% which is 93.7% of the base metal. The microstructure in the upper of weld zone is mainly network 8-ferrite, the microstrcture in the center of weld zone is mainly dendritie δ-ferfite, and the microstrcture in the lower of weld zone and fusion zone is mainly vermicular and dendritic δ-ferrite. There is no obvious grain growth and significant microstructure change in the HAZ.
