铝合金大厚板的焊缝坡口打磨研究

摘要 通过对铝合金大厚板焊缝坡口打磨对焊缝质量的影响及铝合金坡口内的电弧行为分析,可知焊缝坡口打磨不当一方面导致焊缝根部产生未熔合或熔合不良等焊接缺陷,另一方面造成焊接电弧攀升,这是由于最小电压原理与电弧稳定燃烧特性共同作用的结果。针对铝合金大厚板焊缝坡口打磨不当而导致焊接缺陷增加,提出了一系列预防及纠正措施。 Through the analysis of the effect of weld grinding on the weld quality of aluminum alloy thick plate and the arc behavior in aluminum alloy groove, it is fond that on the one hand improper weld groove grinding causes the weld root to produce welding defects such as lack of fusion or poor fusion, on the other hand it causes the welding arc rising, which is the result of the interaction between the minimum voltage principle and the arc stable combustion characteristics. A series of preventive and corrective measures have been put forward to improve the welding defects of aluminum alloy thick plate due to improper grinding.
