摘要
研究了Sn-58Bi钎料和Sn-58Bi-0.01CNTs复合钎料焊点在不同温度、应力和电流密度下的抗剪切蠕变性能。结果表明:随着温度、应力和电流密度的逐渐增加,Sn-58Bi钎料和Sn-58Bi-0.01CNTs复合钎料焊点的抗蠕变性能均逐渐降低。添加碳纳米管(CNTs)后,复合钎料焊点的稳态应变速率均降低。添加CNTs可以提高焊点的抗蠕变性能。
The shear creep resistance of Sn-58Bi solder and Sn-58Bi-0.01CNTs composite solder joints under different temperature, swain and current density was investigated. The results show that with the increase of temperature, strain and current density, the creep resistance of Sn-58Bi and Sn-58Bi-0.01CNTs composite solder joints decreases gradually. After adding CNTs, the shear strain rate of composite solder joints is lower than that of Sn-58Bi solder joints. The creep resistance of the solder joints can be improved by adding CNTs.
