Co颗粒对Stellite12硬质合金层耐蚀性能的影响

摘要 采用SEM和EDS对热等静压处理的主泵推力盘Stellite12硬质合金层腐蚀缺陷进行了分析,结果显示腐蚀区域存在过量的Co元素,邻近区域则为均匀的W和Cr的碳化物组织结构。过量Co元素为Stellite12合金粉末制造过程的残留Co,在HIP处理后这些Co元素无法实现与推力盘基体的扩散连接及与Stellite12硬质合金组织的有效结合,因此成为腐蚀缺陷产生的诱发原因。 The corrosion defects of Stellite 12 hard alloy layer of main pump thrust plate after hot isostatic pressing were analyzed by using SEM and EDS. The results show that there are excess Co element in corrosion areas, and there are uniform structure of W and Cr carbides near the corrosion area. The excess Co element is actually the residuals during the Stellitel2 powders manufacturing process. The Co element could not realize diffusion bonding with thrust plate matrix and effective connection with Stellitel2 hard alloy. Therefore these areas become the induction resources of corrosion defects formation.
