摘要
酸洗低碳铝镇静SPHC钢板易出现横折缺陷,严重影响产品的成材率。对横折缺陷的机理和影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,酸洗SPHC板自身材料存在屈服平台是产生横折的内因,而开卷过程应力分布不均是其外因。适当提高碳含量以及降低卷取温度、严格控制酸洗工序的开卷温度、采取防皱辊控制以及其他机组控制参数的合理匹配,可消除或减轻横折缺陷。
Cross break defects easily appear during pickling low carbon Al-killed SPHC steel sheet, which seriously affect the yield of product. The mechanism and influencing factors of the transverse defects were studied. The results indicate that the existence of the yield platform in the pickling SPHC sheet is the internal cause of the generating cross break, and uneven stress distribution in the uncoiling process is the external factor. Properly increasing the carbon content and reducing the coiling temperature, strictly controlling the uncoiling temperature in the pickling production, using crease-resist roll, and reasonable matching of control parameters of other units, can eliminate or reduce the cross break defects.
