摘要
本研究以质性研究中的个案研究,对个案校长就"如何认识办学理念""如何对办学理念进行提炼""如何实践办学理念的过程中予以贯彻与修正"等有关办学理念"诞生"问题展开深度访谈。从个案出发,围绕办学理念的"诞生"这一话题,尤为需要关注这样几个方面的问题:注重对校长生活史的挖掘,彰显具体学校的特性,在办学实践中对办学理念予以贯彻与修正。
This research uses case study of qualitative research method, and "how to understand educational philosophy", "how to refine the theory" and "how to carry out the educational philosophy" and other problem of "birth" of the principal educational philosophy are reflected in depth, under the rubric of the principal educational philosophy of "birth", several issues worth our attention are as follows: focusing on mining and reflection on the principal life history, highlighting the characteristics of the school, determining and adjusting the educational philosophy through the educational practice.
