摘要
某超高层项目大量采用C80高强度等级混凝土,为实现混凝土温控指标、强度指标、弹性模量指标,对C80混凝土采取全时程质量管理,并借助电子测温监控、结构超声波无损探测、结构钻芯取样试验强度、结构取样岩相分析途径进行质量分析评定,对其中出现的混凝土强度值偏低的部位通过上述手段获取到真实问题成因。
In a high-rise project, C80 high-strength concrete is used in great quantities, in order to realize concrete temperature control index, strength index and elastic modulus index, C80 concrete is adopted full-time quality management. Furthermore, with the aid of the electronic temperature monitoring, structural ultrasonic nondestructive detection, structural drill core sample test strength and structural sampling petrographic analysis, this paper analyzes and evaluates the quality and obtains the real reasons of the areas with the lower concrete strength value by the means of the above mentioned access.
