面向农民工的公共图书馆信息服务调查与分析——基于社会支持理论

Investigation and Analysis of Information Services of Tianjin Public Library for Migrant Workers——Based on Social Support Theory

文章基于社会支持理论,调研了公共图书馆面向农民工群体的资源和信息支持类型以及信息性、工具性、社交性和情感性等支持内容,从公共图书馆和农民工两个维度分析了农民工对公共图书馆利用率低的影响因素,继而探讨了未来公共图书馆在农民工社会支持系统中的角色和定位、资源和服务的可及性与可获得性、均等化与特色化以及避免"标签化"等若干问题。

With social support theory as the basis, this study looks into public library resources and information support type for migrant workers, as well as informative, instrumental, social and emotional support content. Then the study an- alyzes in two dimensions the influencing factors that restricts migrant workers using public library. The latter part of the paper discusses some valuable topics： the role and position of public library in the migrant workers＂ social supporting system; the availability, accessibility, equalization and characteristics of public library＇s service and resources; and how to avoid labeling ＂migrant worker＂.
