摘要
利用数据包络分析和灰色关联法,分析了2005-2014年间山东省科技金融资金配置情况。结果表明:近年来山东省资金投入产出综合效率波动较大,整体还处于低水平。在影响因素上,财政投入、贷款规模、企业R&D支出等都会对科技金融创新和效益产生影响,但作用效果差异较大。
This paper uses DEA methord to evaluate the sci - tech efficiency in Shandong Province, and analy-ses the related factors affecting the efficiency by GRA model. The result indicates that：the sci -teeh financialefficiency of Shandong is not high, and presents a trend of fluctuation. For influence factor, the expansion ofloans,R＆D investment and the funding all have a role ,but the effect is different.
