摘要
根据2013年2月6日国务院常务会议对油品质量升级工作的要求,为落实国务院《大气污染防治行动计划》,国家质检总局、国家标准委于2013年12月18日发布了第五阶段车用汽油国家标准。与第四阶段车用汽油国家标准相比较,国V标准将汽油烯烃含量由第四阶段的28%降低到24%。汽油中的烯烃含量直接影响到汽车尾气中的NO_X、HC含量,NO_X、HC会对人类的生存环境造成破坏。催化装置(FCC)作为汽油主要的生产装置,应结合各自情况,寻求降烯烃出路,适应清洁汽油发展趋势。
According to the requirements of the State Council executive meeting on the upgrading of oil quality on February 6,2013, in order to implement the "Action Plan for Atmospheric Pollution Prevention and Control" of the State Council, the AQSIQ andthe National Standards Committee issued the Decision on December 18, 2013 Five-stage pet gasoline national standard.Compared withthe fourth stage of the national standard for automotive gasoline, the country V standard will be gasoline olefin content from the fourthstage of 28% to 24%.The amount of olefins in gasoline directly affects the NOX and HC content in the vehicle exhaust, and NOX andHC can cause damage to the human living environment.Catalytic device (FCC) as the main production equipmedt of gasoline, shouldbe combined with their own circumstances, to find ways to reduce olefins, to adapt to the development trend of clean gasoline.
