由于油田在实际开采过程中需要用到各式各样车辆来进行采集、装载、运输,数目众多,导致车辆管理愈发成为油田企业的一个难题。油田的采集环境非常恶劣,石油运输环境要求极高,车辆在作业和运输时会遇到很多危险的情况,若对车辆的管理问题不够重视而出现事故,对整个油田开采的安全有着巨大的影响。
