摘要
在石油钻井现场作业过程中,为了确保其质量和安全并存,就必须强化对其监督与管理工作的开展。因而基于这一视角,从石油钻井现场作业的特点、现状和对策三个方面进行了探讨,以更好地促进监督与管理在确保质量和安全中的作用发挥出来。
In order to ensure the quality and safety of oil drilling, it is necessary to strengthen its supervision and managementwork.Therefore, this paper is based on this perspective, from the oil drilling site operations characteristics, status andof three aspects were discussed to better promote supervision and management to ensure the quality and safety role in play out.
