摘要
多孔组合射流水力钻头是径向水平井径向钻进所用的一种水力钻头形式,其通过互不干涉的多个水眼射流在岩石上形成多个小破碎坑的连通,形成供其本身和后续软管通过的水平孔眼。目前,多通过地面实验方法对多孔组合射流水力钻头的径向钻进能力进行评价。通过对孔眼形态的分析,以单个周向孔眼倾斜射流的切槽宽度为基础,建立了一套多孔组合射流水力钻头破岩孔眼直径的计算方法。
The porous combined jet hydraulic drill is a kind of hydraulic drill used in the radial horizontal drilling of radial horizontalwall.It forms the connection of several small crushing pits on the rock by the multiple water-eye jets that do not interfere with each other.Itsown and subsequent hose through the horizontal hole.At present, the radial drilling ability of the porous combined jet hydraulic drill bit isevaluated by the ground experiment method.Based on the analysis of the shape of the hole, the calculation method of the hole diameter ofthe perforated hydraulic drill bit is established based on the grooving width of the single circumferential hole inclined jet.
