美国大学创业教育课程设置研究及启示

摘要 美国大学的创业教育经过很长阶段的发展,已经逐渐形成相对比较系统化的课程体系,其中主要的特点是:课程的设置具有一定的前瞻性,同时也能够形成立体的教育体系,其教师的队伍也具有多元化的发展空间,这也是目前美国大学创业课程的主要优势和特点。由于我国这方面教育工作开展时间较晚,因此,还需借鉴美国的发展经验,来更好地促进我国大学创业教育的进步,为培养人才打下基础。 Innovative education in American colleges has gradually formed a relatively systematic curriculum system through a long period of development with the main features of forward-looking curriculum settings, three-dimensional education system and teaching staff with diversified development space, which are reckoned as main advantages and characteristics of innovative courses in the United States; while innovative education in our country started relatively late. There is a need, therefore, to use for reference the development experience in the United States with the purpose of better promoting the progress of developing innovative education in our country and laying the foundation for training talents.
