摘要
经济建设的不断加快,城乡一体化格局已经初步实现。位于城乡结合部的农民宅基地的价值在快速上升,农村宅基地具有明显的非市场性,这让很多宅基地在实际建造和使用过程中出现使用率不高以及浪费闲置等情况,并引发很多社会问题。对宅基地的现状和管理模式进行研究,使用制度经济学分析产生这一问题的原因,并提出切实可行的改革方案。
With the accelerating progress of economic construction, the urban-rural integration pattern has taken the preliminary shape. The value of peasants' property in urban-rural fringe areas skyrocket-increases rapidly, which make the rural residential lands acquire the obvious quality of the non-marketing. Many social problems have occurred due to the utilization rate and waste of idling in process of using and constructing residential lands. This paper, therefore, targeting for the rural residential lands, studies the the present situation and the management pattern, analyses reasons for problems and puts forward the feasible reform scheme.
