摘要 操作层员工是石油石化企业员工中的绝对主体,长期从事石油石化企业一线的勘探、开发,石油、天然气产品的加工处理等工作,这些员工操作和管理着大量单位价值高、精密程度高、安全要求高的生产设备、压力容器,所以其技能水平与综合素质的好坏直接关系到企业能否实现其生产目标的关键因素。而员工薪酬又是最直接反映员工贡献、直接影响员工能否出色履行岗位职责的突出因素。因此试图通过对石油石化企业员工薪酬制度现状进行的分析,提出目前薪酬制度存在的问题,并从薪酬制度的顶层设计方面提出改革意见与设计方法,构建有利于企业发展与员工成长的薪酬管理制度。 The operation staff is the absolute main body of the employees in the petroleum and petrochemical enterprises.lt has long been engaged in the exploration and development of oil and petrochemical enterprises, processing and processing of petroleum and natural gas products.These employees operate and manage a large number of units with high value and high precision, The safety requirements of high production equipment, pressure vessels, so the level of its skills and overall quality is directly related to whether the enterprise can achieve its production objectives of the key factors, and staff compensation is the most direct reflection of employee contributions directly affect the staff Can outstanding performance of the duties of outstanding factors.This paper attempts to analyze the current situation of the salary system of the petroleum and petrochemical enterprises, and put forward the reform opinions and design methods from the top design of the compensation system, and construct the salary management system which is conducive to the develooment of enterorises and the growth of emoloyees.
