随着我国经济的快速发展,科教兴国战略的贯彻实施,我国教育事业无论是在办学规模上还是教育品质上都有显著的提升。我国的高校国有资产在管理上经常出现资产利用率低、权责不清、缺乏监督机制等一系列问题。全新的国有资产管理绩效评价体系的构建是提高资产利用效率的保障,我国要大力支持各大高校建立和完善国有资产绩效评价体系。

With the rapid development of economy in our country and the enforcement of the strategy of promoting the state by science and education, the education cause in China has significantly improved both in school-running scale and educational quality. There still exist a series of problems in college management of state-owned property in China. The problems include low asset utilization, unclear power and responsibility, lack of supervision mechanism and so on. The construction of a new performance appraisal system on state-owned property management can ensure the improvement of the efficiency of asset utilization, so our country should vigorously support various universities to establish and perfect their own performance evaluation system on state-owned property.
